The Reverie Saigon Ho Chi Minh City

We loved the luxurious and spacious rooms with breathtaking views. The shower and dressing room were amazing. The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. The breakfast selection was excellent with high-quality food and endless options. The swimming pool was large and perfect for relaxation. Additionally, we appreciated the complimentary fruits and drinks by the pool. We were very well taken care of during our stay.

Staying here was a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities like a Spa, Sauna and Indoor Pool that fulfilled all my needs. the staff's service was outstanding, and they provided their services with the utmost professionalism. the room was well-furnished, and the in-room breakfast was exceptional. the location offered easy access to the nearby tourist locations, and the view from the room was mesmerizing.

There was only one minor issue; the steam room along with the sauna was not available for use.

The hotel was conveniently located, making it easy to visit various attractions in the city. We were just a short walk away from a cute cafe round the corner, and it was also within close proximity to many different areas of the city. The room was spacious with a stunning view of the city and Saigon river, and the bathroom was beautifully designed with marble and crystal accents. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, and they were attentive to our needs throughout our stay.

The breakfast buffet was quite expensive, and it would have been better if the hotel offered a rate that included breakfast.

the Spa & wellness centre was a dream come true, offering multiple massages and beauty treatments. the Indoor swimming pool was fabulous and the Steam room was a great addition to relax.

Otherwise, everything was perfect.

We were kinda surprised by the level of service at The Reverie. The staff were pretty good too ensure our comfort, even providing early check-in after our long journey. The hotel's attention to detail and high-end amenities made us feel like we were staying at one of the best hotels in the world. The complimentary minibar, chocolate gift, and fresh fruit were a nice touch. The spacious and well-appointed room was really nice, and the bed was comfortable. We also enjoyed the excellent breakfast and high-quality coffee at The Deli. The pool area offered a relaxing retreat, although more shade options would be appreciated. The hidden gem next door, with its boutique coffee shops and restaurants, was a good surprise. our experience at The Reverie was fabulous in every way. We can't wait to return.

The internet speed was annoyingly slow, and despite multiple complaints, it was not resolved. The faulty TV was also a disappointment, with no resolution from management.

The room was clean and had a beautiful view of the city. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection of Vietnamese dishes. The staff provided excellent service and were attentive to all my needs. The hotel facilities, including the pool, were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The location was ideal, close to everything and within walking distance to the center and a nearby clinic.

The Reverie Saigon exceeds expectations with luxurious touches, excellent service, and a perfect city center location. The rooms are comfortable and offer magnificent river views. The facilities are top-class, including a complimentary minibar and excellent pool with underwater sound system. The staff is well-trained and attentive, ensuring no detail is missed. The breakfast buffet, though expensive, offers excellent quality food. A perfect stay!
